Our Property Management Team Will Take Care of Everything.

As a highly experienced, full service Agency, we completely take the hassle out of real estate investment. It starts with the inspection and market assessment to ensure you’re going to get the best rental outcome. If you want to undertake some pre leasing works we have the tradespeople to assist. If you want it leased right now, we are on all the major real online estate portals, with premium subscriptions to get you the maximum exposure.  We can get professional photography arrange so that ‘first impression’ is the best.

We have the highest quality tenant vetting/application process to capture the best possible tenant. We run the most thorough pre-lease condition reports, with full documentation and hundreds of images. We prepare and finalise the lease documentation and arrange the commencement of tenancy.

Our ongoing property management services, with regular property inspections provides you with ongoing feedback, maintenance reporting and photographs to ensure that your property is being looked after. Maintenance is arranged and maintenance recommendations are reported to you. We will arrange all  compliance matters (eg smoke alarms, RCD’s, pool compliance) and keep these records on your behalf.

Our property management system sends automatic reminders to tenants for rent payments, payment receipts, inspections and maintenance call outs, all of this coupled with actual human input!!

Each month you’ll be provided with a statement and direct funds transfer of your rent. At the end of financial each year an income and expenses summary is provided for you to send straight to your accountant for tax purposes.

At end of tenancy we will liaise with you and your tenant to commence remarketing for lease.  You’ll get advice on market data and we review the rental preferences and asking rents to obtain the best possible price. We’ll undertake the final inspections, ensure cleaning and any repairs (if required) have been completed by the tenant and process the tenant bond refund.

All of this is undertaken with the highest standards of honesty, integrity and professional practice and in compliance with the Real Estate and Business Agents ‘Code of Conduct’.
