about James Cornell

James’ experience over the last 16 years has taken him internationally through the largest markets with the largest firms.

Boasting claim to some of Perth’s more significant sales in the early 2000’s, James then pursued a career in valuations. He originally acquired his AAPI accreditation and Valuer’s licence in 2006 and undertook a broad range of commercial and residential development (land and medium density) valuations for listed trusts and major banks.

James then found himself in London providing Pan-European property advice to some of the world’s largest banks, insurers and property funds. The instructions varied from disposal advice, mortgage security, fund raising and ongoing reporting.

With the lure of Perth’s space, beaches and good weather he arrived home in a valuations role with a global real estate service provider and then led the management team of for one of Perth’s largest private industrial landholders.

His broad experience across all sectors at all value ranges puts him best placed to provide real estate advice at any level.
